SERVICES

We offer customized, short term training blocks focused on where you are currently and whatever fitness or health goals you have. The first step is to sign up for a free consultation. Vita will meet with you to hear about what you've been doing, your goals, your life and challenges, and your timeline for what you'd like to accomplish. 

The second step will be to plan a first workout, and then review how you did and how you felt doing the workout. The process after that is pretty simple. We will develop the first 2 week block, followed by a survey and review of your data. Each two weeks, we will review your data and develop a new, 2 week block that will factor in your progress and your feedback about how you are feeling as you go. It's that simple. Each two week block will be focused on a particular training goal, and every 4th week you will have a recovery week that will keep you working out, but lowering your effort to allow you and your body a break.
